We want you to love your Pixi glow; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used or opened.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring they are secure to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print your prepaid return shipping label and attach it firmly to the outside of your package over any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
